The parole packet is a vital and necessary tool to bring your loved one home. In Texas, it is the only way for you and your loved one to present your case to the Parole Board.
Hiring a parole attorney can cost between $1200 and $4500 for a single parole review. That is a lot of money on an uncertainty.
When you hire Knights of Monte Cristo we work quickly to get all the information we need to get your parole packet composed and organized, presenting the best information and arguments to the parole board.
We assist with the overall composition, support letters, photos, resumes, release plan, employment letters, certificates, references, treatment logs, and any other information deemed critical to showing rehabilitation.
At every step of the way, you will be included and know exactly where we are and what comes next. No more waiting for attorney call backs or unanswered emails...
Once the parole packet is ready, it is sent to you for approval. Once you have reviewed it, one hard copy of the parole packet is sent directly to the parole board or voting region.
And if your loved one does not make parole, and the denial was not based off an internal disciplinary issue, we will represent them at the next parole review for free.
Let the Knights of Monte Cristo draft a detailed, organized, and in color parole plan placket for your loved one.
If you have any questions about our parole packet or support letter services please feel free to contact us at any time.
Please reach us at INFO@KNIGHTSOFMONTECRISTO.COM if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Most parole consultants and attorneys recommend that you begin the process one year before their parole review date.
Since Texas offenders do not get an opportunity to be interviewed by the voting members of the Parole Board, a quality parole plan packet is the only opportunity they have to present their accomplishments and support network to the Parole Board. So, while you do not have to have one, it is a valuable tool in the parole process.
You can receive a copy of the parole review minutes by emailing TDCJ Parole at rropenrecords@tdcj.texas.gov and request a copy. You must include the offender's full name, date of birth, and TDC ID number.
